We make every effort to ensure all pools are manufactured to the highest standard. Any defective pool must be reported to us ON DELIVERY or within 5 working days. We do not offer Free Returns On Any Of Our Pools. Any defects will be repaired free of charge on site if an onsite repair cannot be done a credit will be offered. In the case of wholesale purchases, we will offer a credit for damaged pools IF the damage is down to our production only. In the case of damage due to freight delivery then a claim must be made against the insurance company or the transport company. We accept no liability for any damage once the items leave our factory.

All other items sold on our online shop are subject to the following return policy.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- Refunds are normally issued within 15 days of receiving the original goods.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
- Lost or Damaged Returns will not be refunded. A signed confirmation delivery receipt issued from the shipping company is required as proof of delivery
